Exchange & Refund

1. Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that custom-sized items or products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

2.Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all security tags and seals still attached. The original packaging—including dust bags, boxes, and any "Sensory Primer" documentation—must be included.

 

3.The Return Process

Step 1 : Log in to your account or visit our Customer Service section to complete the Return Request Form. You will receive a confirmation email once the request is activated.

Step 2: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email. For international returns, please follow the specific customs instructions provided to avoid delays. 

Step 3: Place the items in the original shipping box. Ensure the package is securely sealed to protect the leather from moisture during transit. 

Step 4: Arrange a collection or drop off the parcel with the designated courier as per the instructions in your email.

4. Refunds

Your refund will be processed as soon as our studio team has received and inspected the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

5. Exchanges

Due to the Made-to-Order nature of our products, exchange requests are subject to current production schedules. We will notify you via email as soon as your replacement item begins its crafting process.

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control, such as customs processing delays or local postal services.
