Return & Refund Policy 

The Logic of Return At Assomma, we value the intentionality behind every purchase. If your physical archive does not meet the "Order" you expected, we are here to assist with the transition.

1. The 14-Day Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original plastic-free packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Note: Due to the nature of Minerva Box leather, items showing signs of use (such as patina, scratches, or moisture marks) cannot be returned.

3. Starting a Return

To start a return, please contact our curators at support@assomma.com Once accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be recognized by our system.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For Full Grain Milled Leather, please note that natural growth marks and grain variations are Normal and are not considered defects.

5. Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom Products: Special orders or personalized archives.

• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sale products are not eligible for return.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the condition is pristine.

8. Refunds

Once we’ve inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
