The Journey of Order From our studio to your hands, every Assomma archive is transported with intentional care.

1. Production Time

As most Assomma pieces are handcrafted, orders are typically processed within 7-10 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs.

2. Plastic-Free Packaging

We are committed to a zero-waste future. Your order will be secured in 100% plastic-free packaging, using reclaimed fiber boxes, honeycomb paper cushions, and water-activated eco-tapes.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

As every Assomma archive is handcrafted to order, we do not offer accelerated mass-logistics. We provide one Standard Shipping option worldwide to ensure each piece is handled with the respect it deserves.

Once your item is ready, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout:

• North America: Estimated 3-5 working days (standard shipping, tracked)

• Internatinoal: Estimated 7-13 working days (standard shipping, tracked)

Additional Notes:

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
• All shipments include tracking
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Remote areas may require additional time

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Assomma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Tracking Your Archive

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Assomma is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our relationship with you. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact our curators at support@assomma.com immediately so we can assist with the claim.
