We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Please note: returned items must be in resellable condition (e.g., custom products are personalized and non-returnable).

Lifetime Warranty

All products are guaranteed for life when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Just send it back to us, and we’ll repair or replace it for free, covering all shipping costs.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. Damage such as natural markings or discoloration (known as patina) is not covered.

If your product is faulty, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

If you changed your mind or the product isn’t what you expected, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.

Return & Exchange Process
  • Return: If you need a refund, return the item within 14 days of delivery, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Exchange: If you need an exchange, return the item within 14 days, and we’ll process the exchange or store credit.

Please note: all returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your card has expired or been canceled, the refund will be issued as store credit.

If you paid with Klarna or AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your Klarna or AfterPay account. If you used a credit card or PayPal, the full refund will go to your original account. Refunds for gift card purchases will be issued back to that gift card.

Can I Return Anything?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or engraved products
  • Items that cannot be resold (e.g., belts must be unworn)
  • Permanently altered products
  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or retail outlets, but warranty issues will still be honored)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
