1.The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of all hand-stitched leather goods. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, such as loose stitching or hardware failure under normal use.

• What is not covered：Natural aging (Patina), scars or textural variations inherent to full-grain leather, and damage caused by improper care, accidents, or neglect.

2.The 14-Day Return Window

If the object does not resonate with your sensory expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. 

• Condition：Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

3.Return Shipping & Fees

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all costs for returns due to craftsmanship defects.

4.Repair Service

In alignment with our sustainability blueprint, we offer repair services for items damaged through years of nomadic use. Please contact our studio at assomma_official@outlook.com with photos of your item for a repair quote.

5.How to Initiate

Step 1: Contact our support team with your Order Number. 

Step 2: Receive a shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent moisture damage. 

Step 4: Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece within 3-5 business days.
