We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Please note: returned items must be in resellable condition (e.g., custom products are personalized and non-returnable).
Lifetime Warranty
All products are guaranteed for life when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Just send it back to us, and we’ll repair or replace it for free, covering all shipping costs.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. Damage such as natural markings or discoloration (known as patina) is not covered.
If your product is faulty, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
If you changed your mind or the product isn’t what you expected, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.

14-Day Return Policy
- We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, simply contact us within this time frame.
- We accept returns for defective items only.
- Return fees are covered by us.

Refunds
